Piloted by the MDNHA Board in November 2015, the REAP Fund provides a process for the Mississippi Delta National Heritage Area to support projects that communicate the MDNHA’s mission, cultural heritage themes, and/or goals to various audiences.  REAP projects generally involve participatory engagement from MDNHA staff and board members. Examples of projects that have helped the MDNHA and Mississippi Delta communities “REAP” the mutual benefits of partnering include the Winning the Race conference opening reception at Delta State University and the Delta Jewels Community Gatherings.
